There seems to be no foreseeable end to the amount political maneuvers at city hall today. However, we hope residents will stand up and finally tell this Mayor & Co., enough is enough, we will not be sheep. It was a palace, and it can be a palace again.

Why would you reimburse Ramos for his attorney fees? If we looked at this in a vacuum, Ramos didn’t get Logan’s opinion until the night of the public hearing. Do they really want us to believe that line of crap?
Both Logan and Ramos were on the same page, this is obvious on the video of the actual meeting. So it isn’t far fetched to dream up a situation whereupon Logan “mistakenly” waits to give his opinion, by refusing to administer legal advice to the planning commission, which happens to be his job. Not mention, planning commissioners personally requested an opinion from Logan, he refused. Ramos then uses Logan’s “misstep” to get back cost of appeal. So why isn’t Logan on the chopping block???? Back door politics, if you think it doesn’t happen in Patterson, think again.
We think this the council’s decision set forth troubling precedent, of which, the shoe will be on the other foot later. Think Wal*mart and any other major project that comes before the planning commission and council.
